Three Japanese Female peaceful singers; Hana Saito, NAORYU and Rika Shinohara play there. it seems folky heart-warm and acoustic. thanks for checking our live information.

Brian, guess what? I went jogging for the first time today in YEARS!!!! It was a beautiful, sunny, breezy, relaxed holiday vibe (though I worked). After work, I felt really called by nature/god/infinite intelligence to "come out and play". So I did and I feel really really great! It was a half-hour jog, with lots of uphills and park steps. Whew! I feel more like a woman!
Your running blog was a BIG inspiraccione, as it were. (If you will :-). Please, please keep it comin'!
Also, the big reason I'm writing, before I forget, is I started logging my Green Smoothie blog content in my journal, so at my next blogging (ME ME ME Newsletter, One Lucky Girl and Green Smoothie Raw blogs), I will be also doing that, which was inspired by your running blog. I had sort of dropped Green Smoothie Raw Blog, but then saw your running blog and was all, okay. Maybe I'll start it up again.
    Yay for Brian!
I wonder if my friend Steve Scaduto is still doing his MySpace running blog...http://www. myspace. com/thescaduto
    I'll have a lookie look...

    later!

    and thanks again!

The picture looks worse than the reality. It was not all that bad. You should definitely consider running a marathon...Good luck in pursuit. Let me know if I can be of any help.
