------------ My Jock Side ------------ Sports & Fitness:Just about anything that works it. Sweat is all good! The gym - Weight training, Gym classes-Step, Aerobics, Cardio Boxing, Skipping Rope, Spinning, Yoga (stop laughing A-wipe, its good for stretching), Latin/Salsa dancing, Pilates, Capoiera, wall climbing. Raquet Sports - Squash rules! Play some Raquetball, Badminton, Tennis (badly). Outdoors - Cycling, Roller Blading, Ice Skating, Golfing, Alpine and Cross Country Skiing, Kayaking, Sailing, Canoing, Horse Back Riding, Hiking, Snow Shoeing, swimming (more like the dog paddle) tobogganing, snorkeling, tried scuba diving. There's no "I" in Team, but there's no "We" in Team either (To quote a TV ad) - Ball Hockey, Volleyball, Softball, pickup Football. ---------- Get A Life ---------- -Travel, Reading, Writing, Music, Movies, Comedy, Current Affairs, Dating, Art, Theatre, Poker and card games, backgammon, pool, bowling, clubbing and dancing, walking or roller blading the dog, catching concerts and events (from Rock to Cirque du Soleil to A Night at the Opera to WWE Smackdown to Comedy Clubs), outdoors-camping/hiking/fishing, growing stuff (not weed man), cooking, vegging at the beach, capable of home repairs and projects (just don't ask me to fix the car), will shop for pleasure (especially with a lovely lass), hanging out over a coffee or drinks, impromptu road trips and weekend getaways. The health activities listed under 'my jock side'. -------------------- MY SINS of PLEASURE -------------------- Mixed Drink - Vodka Cranberry Martini - Cosmo or Crantini (If its got cranberry, I'm in!) PORT - A nice port works best after a meal or with a cigar don't you think? A TAYLOR-FLADGATE, 10 year works for me and the price is affordable. Vodka - GreyGoose, Polar Ice Vodka, Skyy Melon, Smirnoff (I'm just getting into flavored Vodka) Vodka Cooler - VODKICE, Smirnoff Triple Ice, Skyy Blue Rum - Bacardi Limon Rum Cooler - Mike's Hard Cranberry Lemonade, Bacardi Breezer Cigar - PARTEGAS Club, not into the big cigars, I like the cigarillos more. Beer - Tough call, Smithwicks or Guinness in a pinch to decide. I'm no stranger to the pubs. Prefer dark ales unless at the beach or enjoying balmy, summer days. Love microbrews. Wine - Into MERLOT these days, don't ask why, 'just cause'. Checking out New World wines for fun. Coffee - a double espresso or a skim cafe au lait (or latte). Tea - I'm an espresso freak, capiche? On occasion, a Ginseng or when I'm sick with a head cold or flu, lemon or mint herbal tea does it for me. Ginseng tea is suppose to help keep it up and loose weight - now there's a win-win! Breakfast - On a light day, one or combo of these - Special K, Oatmeal, fresh croissants (plain or almond), bagel with cream cheese, yogurt. On a weekend brunch pig-out-2 scrambled eggs, bacon, burnt white toast slapped with butter, brown beans, or if I'm cooking you breakfast, expect french toast or blue berry pancakes. Lunch - Trying to keep the burger & fries syndrome under control for the waist-line LOL Dig the soup & sandwitch joints, delis, oriental noodle joints. Diner - A good Rib Eye steak (medium-rare please), anything oriental and spicy (say Thai) is a close 2nd, sushi 3rd, and 4th is seafood (Calamari, clams oysters, lobster, octopus, yummy!) Desert - served hot, a chocolate and walnut brownie, fudge topping, covered in vanilla ice cream, belgium chocolates, chocolate-mint ice cream, cheese cake (blueberry, raspberry) Pamper the pup - Getting a back massage, the whirl pool, the sauna. ------------------ Female enticements ------------------ - Boots and a mini skirt works for me! Lingerie, Leather, Hip Hugger jeans, the little black dress, PVC, a good tattoo or 2 (lower back and ankle tattoos are really sexy), tongue ring, stiletto shoes, nice buff body, toe rings, skin revealing tops, all yummy! If she can pull off looking great in a sweater, jeans, and sneaks when frumping, then she's a real hottie. A really hot, fashion conscious woman knows how to be a 'stunner' whether she's dressed up, dressed for work, dressed for the workout, or dressed down to play and relax.

My FLICKS: Movies-The Name Of The Rose (Sean Connery), Woman on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, LA Confidential, Gladiator, Vertigo and anything from Hitchcock, The Kill Bill Series, Sin City, Basic Instinct, Zoolander, Dogma, The Matrix trilogy, Charlie's Angels, Pulp Fiction, Shaekespeare In Love, The Pink Panther series, The James Bond series, Lord of The Rings Trilogy, Oceans Eleven, Something About Mary, the Star Wars series, the Die Hard series, Lara Croft:Tomb Raider, Blazing Sadles, Austin Powers (the original), The Indiana Jones series, A Fish Called Wanda, True Lies, What Women Want, Bad Boys, The Third Man, The Maltese Falcon, Terminator, Fellini flicks. Not much into the horror and splat scene, like a good thriller or suspense, drama, comedy, feel-good-relationship date movies.
  • Television

My BOOB TUBE: I am man, see me channel surf! It may not be ADD, but as woman can tell you, men with a remote are happier than pigs rolling in the mud! Cable and satellite systems can cause a man to short-circuit as we try to decide what to watch or actually try to watch 3 programs at once. Men miss the beginning of most programs as it takes us 5-10 minutes to decide what the hell to watch. Sports, News, Drama, Comedy, classic cartoons, outdoor shows.

About me:

Born-Eastern Townships, Quebec Current Digs-Old Montreal, Quebec (Canada). Horoscope-LEO baby! We are the sunshine of your life. Chinese Horoscope-Year of the Ox. Age-Vintage Wine Years, trying to avoid turning into vinegar.

Who I'd like to meet:

Interesting, intelligent and attractive women. Current Status - Single & Dating. Not married, not engaged. Rumored to be many a time but in fact, never been married, never been engaged. I did live with a woman for a number of years in the distant past. No children from any of my relationships. Ideal Woman (perhaps a mythical unicorn, but here is my spin on it) - An articulate, sensuous, ball-buster. With good fashion style, career oriented, sensuous & sexual, domestic skills not required, has moxy, adventurous, can help pay a few bills, aged 20 something to 40 something (meaning age is of negligible importance), doesn't know how to boil a bunny, has her game going on, might even have a sense of humor. LOL. Or so I hope.
