Hey Brian, oh my God, it's very nice to find you here on myspace. I hope you still remember me, I'm that brazilian singer at the concert on Washington D.C., which happened in 2006. Well, you're a rock star now as I can notice, congrats you're actually an exceptional musician and I expect another chance to listen to your songs again.

Another heartbeat and a broken fall,
One pair of footsteps in an empty hall,
An unpacked suitcase and a pair of boots,
    African trees and Spanish fruits,

An unsung love song on an empty page,
Splattered ink and a silent sage,
A drowning moon and a setting sun,
A strange blue smoke and a man on the run,

The night breaks on a crescent moon,
    And as time's foretold,
    You've gone too soon...

Boot heels grinding in the gravel below,
A lone dead rose in the barren snow,
A cold steel six shot in a warm hand,
A candle lit in a dim brass stand,

A picture worth a thousand words,
A rifle shot a flock of birds,
A crucifix hung high and dry,
A river floods and rolls on by,

The night breaks on a crescent moon,
    And as time's foretold,
    You've gone too soon...
