"My second visit to hoops was on July 25, 2007 and sat at a table served by the same waitress. After I paid my bill and asked her for a glass of water twice within 35 minutes. She never brought me the water. I then walked over to the bar and complained to a very nice gentleman in the bar who finally gave me a bottle of water.
Like I said I will return. But in my next visit, I will surely walk away and sit at a different section if she happens to be serving at the same section.
