I herniated a disc in my spinal column and over-extended my right schoulder playing baseball last week. I've been ignoring the pain because I thought it would get better but it is so bad today I was seriously crying(which never happens!) But I'm out now and I'm on some very wonderful muscle relaxers! Nighty Night!!! :D
