Brian Zajac's Interests
Music
Country to classical, pop/rock to latin, techno to movie soundtracks - I just can't decide. If there's talent, I'm interested.
Movies
Comedies, biased-based documentaries (sorry, just saw "sicko"), action, sci-fi to the occassional chick-flick. That's right, I said it!
Television
News when it's inspiring (and not just death & destruction). The Daily Buzz is good in the morning. I've also been getting into "Cash Cab" lately - a game show that's in a guys NYC cab. And, whenever it comes back on, I like to watch "Lost". Besides the cerebral stuff, I love a good, dumb funny movie. As for television on the internet, I really dig "Google Current". They talk about the most popular searches done & the web & put some funny spin on it.
Books
Art-based books (I'm currently reading about M.C. Escher), videogame magazines (EGM mostly), travel books and the bible on occassion.
Heroes
Definitely my mom & dad. If you met them, you'd understand.
About me: Currently, I live & love the tropical areas of southwest Florida. Besides the usual movies and dinners with friends/family, I am into art, ballroom dancing, computers, and travel. Others have told me that I am considered "the nice guy"...intellegent, outgoing, and family oriented. You can learn more about me at www.brianzajac.com.
Professional Bio:
Brian Zajac received his B.F.A. from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and began working in the field of 3D in the mid 90s. At that time, a typical workstation cost as much as $100,000 and ran at a fraction of the speed of today’s computers. He left 3D and turned his sights towards a career in web design where he wouldn’t have to wait so long to see the fruits of his labor. In 2002, Brian started his own company EyeMagination www.eyemagination.us with the goal to build the best possible web-based solutions and internet marketing for small businesses. Brian has worked with several hi-profile organizations, such as the PGA, American Golf and the New York Yacht Club.
After establishing his web-based business, Brian noticed that the 3D world of technology had become much faster, produced better results, and was finally cost-effective. So, along with his business partner Brian Smith, he formed 3D Architectural Solutions (3DAS) – a 3D architectural visualization facility that creates stunning photorealistic renderings and animations. He also co-authored the world’s first book ever written for architectural visualization and is co-authoring two additional books set for release in November 2007.
Who I'd like to meet: God/Creator/The Main Man/The Big Cheese
