Brickbeat is a collective of musicians, djs, producers,vjs and free thinkers.expressing life trough the love of music. the aim of brickbeat existence is to provide you good quality electronic music. for your pure and sole enjoyment ,,experimenting with unknown fellings or most frequently for you just to dance with some really acclaimed london nights such as 'unwire' and 'while the iron melts'. this collective has paved its way on to organize some very groovy events aswell as discovering and nurturing worldwide talents. music policy only the one our forefathers told us music? only the good one . as the old legends always said for your body and your soul.. electronically speaking , soulfully thinking .. The "body" side is more oriented to house and shades of house with strong techno influences and tribalistic elements. .. the "mind" sides is focused more into downtempo soundscapes, beatless music. .. in the past years , the brickbeat collective has passed trough many musical steps. Playing and changing ideas with many different dj and producers with different musical background. .. Brickbeat was born in east London in 2004,created by a group of friends djs and producers that locally in the middle of a always morphing london where noticing the lack of something going on on late on the east e1 part of london ,as all the good clubs were in west london a nd to posh to really ahave a relaxed night out .. the closing of the bars in the area, as a result some of the local indian/bangladeshi local restaurants were used as a venue for the extention of the nights ,wich could carry on now on the basement of those to do party's after the bars closed. .. .. ---------------------------------------------------------PARTiES-------------------------------------------------------------------------- .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. resumed chronography of events: .. Still in 2004 we were doing "afterparty" at the moroccan social club Alhambra. there began the term 'after party' , the parties in the bars would finish at midnight ,and for 'after hours' it would a morning term. after party is still a term used today amongst djs,crowd,promoters etc.. of events. .. Secret Warehouse parties at Hanbury St, E1. .. 2005 Main builders of the short but intense nights of "love bar" in shoreditch. Now closed. .. Following openings and re-launch of venues like Jawani at 54 commercial st. exit bar, and public life. .. In 2005 a monthly residence at Pacha London. .. In 2005 residency at Rex club (Leicester square W1) .. Guests of honour for parties at the Key, neighbourhood (acclaimed as a 2nd best house club in the world in 2005). .. 2006 Residents for the 218 partyes at 93 feet east. .. 2006 Launch of moondial party held at the Dukes. .. 2006 Opening of the CAFE 1001 back room. First renowed artist showcasing on the infamous late night of the cafe1001,followed with Hipp-e, for the night 'while the iron melts ' and after making its first anyversay last july,this night has brought to us artists such as: Kenny Hawkes, hipp-e, Jim Masters, Colin Dale, Dave mothersole, Dave Angel,eddie richards, nacho marco,lega and maxeem,florian meindl, rui da silva, mark henning and the list goes on.. .. 2006 Launch of Unwire at rhythm factory, event that has brought names like Nathan Coles, Dave Mothersole, Pure Science,grant dell and many more. ..
