About me: History often repeats itself . It is fitting that The Brick House was created to entertain guests. Many years ago in the early 1900's these two buildings housed two theatres: The Lyric Theatre resided where our bar and the main dining areas are today. It was a vaudeville theatre of some renown featuring numerous live shows, which were the entertainment of the day. The building that now houses our game room, banquet room and additional dining. Our kitchen facilities were once The Capitol Theatre which hosted audiences for many years for silent picture shows and later for full length movies. Most of The Capitol Theatre still exists on the second floor in it's original form. Our future plans are to renovate this space and make it available again for dinner theatre, business meetings, musical acts, wedding receptions, etc. Alas, all it takes is imagination, time, and money . we have plenty of the first two!
