His family is holding a memorial service at Donohue Funeral Home (610) 989-9600 - 366 W Lancaster Ave, Wayne, PA on Saturday 7 June at 10am. Jakes family has asked that all Jakes friends and anyone who would like to pay their respects to please attend.
