    "The cross being the bridge that unites man and God, stands at the hinge of history and we as humanity will forever live in it's shadow..."-Unknown. .. .. Bridgeshadows is the brainchild of kL, former keyboardist of Wedding Party. Bridgeshadows combines elements of goth, industrial, electronica and classic metal. The band began in 1999 and was first heard by the public with the launch of a site on the now defunct MP3.com. During that time, Bridgeshadows released a limited CD-R EP for Cornerstone Festival 2002 and followed that up with its first independent self-titled release in 2004. Bridgeshadows signed to PsychoAcoustiX Records in 2005, but before its first release with the label, Carl Crandell, owner of PsychoAcoustiX Records, suddenly passed away and the label ceased all operation. kL resumed writing music and recording demos independently. In late 2007, kL joined forces with Jonathan Stamets, producer/programmer and the front-man of Coriolis, and in January 2008 they welcomed a new vocalist and lyricist, Bethany Jones. Bridgeshadows’ newest album, Pray for Rain, was released at Cornerstone 2008 where the band performed. After Cornerstone, Bridgeshadows started working with Young Side Records. A independent label based in Florida. Also in 2008, Bridgeshadows had the pleasure of playing at the Unified Underground conference in October and the Belmont Undead in November. kL- at the same time started playing live keyboards for the Chicago based "Leper". 2009 saw the departure of Bethany Jones from the line up.     Wow man! Congrats! That's great. Eric is doing alright i guess. His "Journal" is about to come out. Very intrigued to here about the stuff he went through. From the little excerpts he's put out it sounds like some crazy $8!^! He also said that he and his brother Jeff are back together and working on some stuff. Still no clear picture of when Legend III:II is gonna be completed though.  


    Can't wait to here some of your new stuff. You still in CT? Let me know when you start recording. Would love to come and hang out and listen in...if that's cool with you of course;)

    I'm doing okay. Same old, same old. Band is moving pretty slow. Mike Jackson and his wife just had a baby a few months back so he's been a little tied up! We have been writing a lot though, so that's good. Nice to talk man. Give me a ring sometime and maybe we can grab a beer or something.
