    BRIEN BARBOUR "North Carolina's Best Kept Secret" Brien comes from a family rich in vocal and musical talent. He began playing guitar and singing when he was only 8 yrs. old, and made his debut appearance on an early morning television show at age 10. He has since been classically trained in both voice and guitar. His music is a unique blend of semi-classical, easy listening, lightrock, and folk, with a little country and bluegrass tossed in for fun. Brien's experience runs the gamut from coffeehouses, nightclubs, pig-pickin's, and festivals; to garden parties, strolling minstrel, weddings & receptions, high-end upscale restaurants, radio and TV. He has an extensive repertoire, and an uncanny ability to read an audience, and choose exactly the right music for the moment.
