Brie Sullivan, formerly with The 50 Ways, has been on the New England folk scene for over five years. She has written and released dozens of songs over the course of three albums which include "Girl-Made Wings," "Edges," and "Metropolitan Gadabouts." With the turn of the new year peeking around the corner Brie is set to embark on a new musical chapter with close friend and musical partner, the wonderfully talented Mr. Eric Lee
A truly innovative and prolific violinist, Eric showcased his significant style as a former member of folk/rock super group The Strangelings. He is currently a member of the Northampton music scene's favorites The Thungs, The Others, and World's Greatest Dad.
Both Miss Sullivan and Mr. Lee are buzzing with excitement over this fine and seamless musical pairing. They are looking forward to beginning the recording of their joint efforts onto a shiny new disc for you to take into your living rooms and cars and listen to at your leisure. At your convenience they hope you will soon be visiting them under the moniker Grace and Catastrophe, as they play their hearts out fraying strings and singing themselves hoarse on the stage nearest to you.
Throughout the course of 2007, Brie could be found most often at the Eggroll Cafe inspiring sing-alongs and engaging audiences with her strong vocals and poetic lyrics.
