Brighton Fashion Weekend 2009 gives cutting-edge, independent designers a platform from which they can showcase their talent to the general public and fashion industry insiders. It provides an opportunity to promote national recognition of home-grown talent, placing the spotlight firmly on Brighton, pushing us onto the fashion map.

In 2008, Brighton Fashion Weekend was featured in local and national press, as well as being named Grazia Magazine’s ‘Event of the Week’, and attracted considerable celebrity interest. With each successive year, Brighton Fashion Weekend gains critical appreciation and national exposure, highlighting Brighton’s melting pot of unique styles and its growing status as a fashion capital.
