About me:
Brisbane Sci-fi and Fantasy is a small Brisbane based meetup group that enjoys hanging out, going to movies and attending local and interstate conventions that involve themes like;
Science Fiction, Fantasy, Comics/Superheroes, Animation (anime and western) and generally any other topics that revolve around the 'geek' genre.
We usually officially meetup once or twice a month to discuss a range of different topics, but will also take part in smaller 'mini-meetups' once or twice a week, depending on how busy everyone is.
All plans are made through an online forum, which can be accessed via the groups website at [ www.brisbanescifi.net ]
The group was official founded in 2007, and has been growing stronger ever since, with about 10 regular members and a few others that post on the forum when they can.

This group is designed for anyone that has an interest in science fiction (scifi), fantasy, comics, animation and any other geek interest.
