Just to let the world know, our baby arrived Wednesday the 16th May.
As her Dad & "coach" I'm confident she will become a cycling world champion in a few years, As youll see from the BCDS profile page she already has some kit & a bike on the way.
Remember the name Aimee Leigh Coast, world champion within 25 years!

Hey George, good write up on the SPAM 50k in your bulletin.

Yep, the descents were the most challenging bit. I came off going flat out down that long grassy one about 15k in!

Great event though. I'll be back next year.

What tyres and pressures did you have, and how did you find them?

Good luck cleaning your bike. I did mine yesterday. No problem getting the mud off but it took me ages to pick and untangle all the long grass out! :O)
