Hi. My Name is Tim. Welcome to the West division of the Surface Unsigned Festival.
The Surface Unsigned Festival is the only national live music event that brings unsigned bands and artists to the attention of all aspects of the music industry. We are a festival of new music held throughout the country in aid of discovering and promoting new talent.
In 2010 events will be held in the North (Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds), the Midlands (Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Nottingham), the South (London, Reading, Brighton) and the West (the Southwest, Cardiff) making it the biggest event of its kind.
Surface Unsigned 10, is brought to you by Zimbalam, the
world leader in digital distribution of unsigned music worldwide. Surface Unsigned is also
working in association with Marshall, Last.FM, Ashdown, Planet Waves, D'Addario, PMT, Tama, Zildjian, Shure, Univibe, TrippCobain Imaging, Sziget Fest,

How can my band take part in the Surface Unsigned
Festival?
The Surface Unsigned website has now been fully updated for 2009
Surface Unsigned has teamed up with some of the largest names in the industry to develop alternative ways for bands to gain exposure, develop their fan base and attain success. We are working in association with Marshall, Kerrang, Zildjian, Tama, Evans, Planet Waves, Ashdown, D’addario, PMT, Univibe Audio, Music Live and Oxjam.
In 2009 events will be held in Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh), the Northwest (Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds), the Midlands (Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Nottingham), Avon (Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham), South Wales (Cardiff, Swansea), the Southeast (London, Reading, Brighton) and the South (Southampton, Bournemouth, Isle of Wight) making it the largest event of its kind.
In 2009 Surface Unsigned and our sponsors are on hand to provide industry showcases, recording and production deals, professional photo shoots, £30K in cash and endorsements and much more. The band of the festival will receive £5,000 cash.
