proximity... circumstance... the meek and the grand... perception... emotion... being whelmed, over or under... love, the mutual and unrequited kind... the world, natural or un-... and waiting, for everything.
i have three loves in life... people, culture, music. to these i am called. however i am able, i will live that out. how's that for vague? a few other factoids: i have a slight addiction to Tomato Head hummus (and by slight, i mean severe); i am allergic to the cold (literally, not hyperbole); whispering, for the most part, freaks me right out; a porch swing, a warm beverage, a thunderstorm and a good friend is, in my opinion, an unstoppable combination; one day i want to spend some time living abroad; i still like to ride bikes; i'm learning to sew by "winging it"; i'm usually planning on moving somewhere; i can't help but dance... and sometimes it's quite embarassing; i am learning what true community is, and i hope you can too; i am constantly and consistently humbled by a merciful God who calls me to his side time and time again, from near and far, he is always calling.
Well.... ummmm.... I got a head cold or something on my B-day. SO yeah it's a little harder to fight off in your 30's. SO any advice you old fart?? My entire family says it's downhill from here. That's not comforting.

Ummm...I miss you. A lot. And rumor has it that you are coming to a certain wedding that shall be occurring in approximately 17 days...:-D But we should hang out before then. Next week? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday?
What really stinks is that I'm supposed to be hanging with two of the MOSTEST RAD girls in the whole entire world! Alas...I sit in my hotel room in lowly NC. :o(
