Thanks for having us over last night! We had a great time, look forward to seeing you all again soon! Jonathan, next time you should sit in with us, too; we LOVE having "family" get up and have some fun with us!! Cheers!!
BCS makes its first club appearance in Durham in . . . over 10 years!?!?!?
Wow! Well, don't miss it. We're excited to be on home turf, at The Broad Street Cafe, and we hope that all Durhamites will join us on Friday, (and all the rest of the Triangle is invited, too!)
Opening for BCS will be two great bands:
12 Cents Shy & Jamie MacFarlane Band, (featuring Will McFarlane!)
Showtime is 8:00pm - Friday, April 25th
Admission is $10 at the door for this ALL AGES show.
It would be really great if you could put up more detailed descriptions of shows, or at least links to bands. Love to know more about what Dorkfest III is, for instance.
Can't wait to be there with you on the 25th. For now, we want you to have 3 FREE downloads from our new record. Get BULL CITY GROOVE, CAROLINA, and NEVER GONE from our music player.
We'll see you guys at Broad Street Cafe, on April 25th.

Thank you for including me in your circle of friends, and welcome to mine!
"Bull City Groove," by Bull City Syndicate (featuring - Corey Parker) is now available as a free download on our Myspace page . . . just for all you Durhamites!

"As a fitting homage to the city of the band’s birth, “Bull City Groove” is also the most unique track on the album. Featuring a guest appearance by Corey Parker, (Maceo’s son!), the lyrics are a goosebump-raising tribute to the rich cultural history, traditions and heritage of Durham. Co-written by both Custer and Parker, “Bull City Groove” captures the pride of the city, not only lyrically, but they also distilled the vast musical legacy of Durham into a single song – with soul, jazz, blues, and hip-hop all in play on this track – and of course, the Bull City Horns doing some of their finest work of the CD."
Look for the song to soon be presented by the Durham Convention & Visitors Bureau, as an official tribute to our great city!
Thanks for your support!
