Sounds Like
Modern rock with a hint of classic rock/southern rock/80's pop rock, throw in a piano, an acoustic guitar every now and then, bluesy guitar solos and three part vocal harmonies and you have what we call BROKEN but BREATHING.
"God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble."---James 4:6. "God does not forget the cry of the humble."---Psalm 9:12. "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken spirit and a crushed heart, O God, You will not despise."---Psalm 51:17. "Blessed are the humble in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven."---Matthew 5:3. Brokenness is the only way to come to know God. When you come to God with a humble heart He hears you. The only way we can see who we really are; the only way we can have the ability to see our sin for what it is and seek forgiveness is to become broken before the Almighty God. The irony of it, though, is that when we become broken (which is basically dying to ourselves and our selfish desires) and humbled in God's presence, then we begin to experience life like never before. Brokenness actually causes us to live. Thus, we are broken but alive(breathing).
Jesus is the only way to God. That is the TRUTH. He died to save us from the sin that separates us from the God who loves us. He rose from the dead demonstrating His power over sin and death. Realizing our need for a savior requires that we humbly come to God; become broken before Him, confess our sin to Him, ask for forgiveness, and turn from our sin (repentance).
The purpose of this band is to tell the Truth. We seek to encourage and help those who believe in Jesus as their savior. We want to build up Christians and point the lost world in His direction. All of our lyrics are biblically based, well thought out, and prayed about. We want to use our abilities for God's glory. We do full band and acoustic venues. If you are interested in having us for an event, message us from our myspace page or @ bbbtheband@yahoo.com. We can tailor our style to the venue. God Bless.
I got my layout at Cleanupmyspace.com

Not sure about the whole "getting signed" thing ... not opposed by any means, it's just that nothing has surfaced yet, but you can bet that if anyone wants to partner with us to further ignite our ministry, we are definitely open to that :)

Man, it's is completely OK! I have been so busy with school that I have barely had time to breath. Finish my first semester of course work next week. Just getting through 6 weeks of Pharmacology has been killer! Only 2 more semesters left and I sit for the exam. I am out of school next week for a couple of weeks and Paula and I are finally going on our honeymoon! We are heading up to New York for three days, and then cruising up the east coast into New England and into Canada for 5 days! Really looking forward to the break. Thanks for comments about house! We really do love it there!

Enjoyed you guys tonight - the ones who left missed the best part. "Lay it Down" was one of my favorites. May the Lord continue to bless your ministry.
