About me:
I cut holes in things and paint through them. Sometimes I like to cut big stencils out of wood, although I'm leaning more towards butcher paper these days. Lately I make big collages. I spend most days somewhere between tunnel-vision and scatter-brained. I'd like to grow old gracefully, eventually. I'm a huge fan of actual real life sincerity but spend most of my time in public trying to figure out what the fuck to say to people. I have a website called brokencrow.com that I'm still working on relaunching. My fiancee is freaking amazing, a total force to be reckoned with. I think I'd like to get married wearing a snorkel and a swimsuit on a beach in Hawaii. If I have to dress up, I don't really want to go there. I don't own any clothes that don't have paint on them. I'm actively seeking free shoes and buildings to paint murals on in North America for next summer. I feel pretty much unstoppable lately, in the most exhausted sort of way. We just got a paint sprayer, I really couldn't be more excited about it. You have no idea.

Like it or not, abandoned and neglected spaces are a global bi-product of industrial areas. Due to the wasteful nature of capitalist ideologies, “real world” problems, like “homelessness”, “poverty”, and “social alienation” never seem to get solved, yet rethinking and reusing these neglected and abandoned spaces within our own communities can help to ease these “societal ills”... Reusing these public spaces causes us to perceive these spaces without economic glasses; it helps us to see thru a more social lens & potentially reverse the process of these problems around the world... inspirecollective.blogspot.com/2009/10/coming-soon-reuse-...
This year, the INSPIRE Collective and over 100 public artists are proud to invite you to join us for ReUse Project 3 in Tel Aviv, November 19th!
