Who I'd like to meet: In the quiet corners of the globe, four strangers – a cynical American programmer, an aging Japanese priest, a troubled Arabic mercenary and a mysterious Fijian girl – receive a series of chilling apocalyptic visions. Desperate to understand their frightening visions of the future, these four troubled souls are simultaneously drawn to a dark city in the West where their fates – and the fate of the world – are revealed to be linked together and somehow part of a global conspiracy. Amidst an epic struggle of man, machine and otherworldly fear, these reluctant heroes must be willing to sacrifice everything…in order to know the truth and save us all!
Two and a half years. The first edition book is done. 279 pages (first two don't count), lots of black and white illustration. Oh yeah, also, lots of words. About 100,000 of them.
It looks like it's going to take a couple weeks for Booksurge to place Fallen Nation through online retailers (Amazon, Waldenbooks, B&N, etc) so I'm making the exact same book available through lulu temporarily. I've ordered copies through them for the first round promotion and reviews, they look great.
Alright, it's not the exact same book: the spine is simpler on the lulu version than the version that will be available through the larger online outlets later. (In store distribution has to wait for the 2nd edition.)
So if that doesn't bother you, and you've been wanting to pick up a copy right now, enjoy. The basic "what's this book?" song and dance is there as well.
My first time reading all the comments here - WOW!
I should nudge our beautiful moderator to send out a bulletin and get you fine folks to add me as a friend - that way, I can answer your questions personally :)
Much respect and appreciation for all the saintly support...and yes...another creation IS coming. Patience, friends, is a virtue AND a gift.
Very good job with the DVD! It is possibly my most favorite movie of all time. Very well written and graphical at the same time. Keep up the great work and thanks for making such a sweet movie!

The whore of Babylon
Is a teenage girl on myspace
Selling her soul
One friend request
At a time
Feeding
The middle age men
With what they want
The seals of the scroll
Open with the click of a mouse
And the master of the server
Will post bulletins across
The net
Like freshly caught fish
And no one will listen
The pop-up without sex
Or a free x-box is a pop-up ignored
When the truth is written on the screen
Burned into your eyes
Do you look past at the whore and her beast
That swallows the new age child of high speed release?
Or do you read the bulletin and
Forward, forward, forward
Into a chain letter from God
The end is nigh!
And no one listens
Deaf from high volume ear buds
Ipods blasting lies of the media
And masses
Pod casts from Satan
No love, all hate
And yet when the final call is made
And the off switch is pressed
All pages, all digital servers, all e-mails
Will resound to their sinful masters
The bill is due
Check your soul
Turn in your keyboard
And say goodbye
For when your life becomes a webpage
You join the black out
That will be the end of days
Incredible.. One of the greatest stories I've ever seen or heard. I wish I would have known about this when it first came out. I have a question assuming first this is the official broken saints myspace, and second if you have the time to comment back. - Do you plan to follow up broken saints with anything or was this a one time deal? For instance a whole new story, or TV series or even a movie.. Well just wanted to say you have such inspiring dialogue and story, Its about time somebody put some real thought into entertainment. Thanks!
