About me:

Terry Baber is an accomplished trombonist,steel pannist, harmonica, conch shells,recording artist and composer/arranger with over 35 years of professional experience under his belt. He now resides in Vancouver Washington after living in Orlando Florida for 16 years. He has toured all over the world with the Blues Brothers, The Outer Toons, Caribbean Chillers, Good Guys and many many more. With his new found love, the steel pan, Terry is making an impact in the Trop-Rock Scene. Terry is available for any event with any group as he plays all styles of music from Avante Garde jazz to Calypso. Finally he is the founder and creator of Brokenslide Music. This is a publishing company that caters to brass players and latin musicians. One of the primary purposes of this company is to provide creative and innovative Church and Praise arrangements for brass players to perform in liturgical settings. Brokenslide Music of course has branched out to serve the salsa band community as well as small brass and bagpipe ensembles. Brokenslide is releasing a series of books on playing latin music called Caribbean Duets. It has one of the largest salsa band collections in the world available for purchase.
