About me:

I've been in the real estate business full time since 1988. In 1995 I launched Golden Key Realty, LLC. My sales volume has topped 100 million dollars with all details handled through me, not an assistant. 2008 marks the 20th year anniversary of my real estate career. I consider this my lifelong vocation. While other real estate agents help people market and sell homes. I am relentless at finding the best investment for each client's personal situation through buyer agency. Having years of experience in the building industry as well as years of experience in this real estate market makes me more of a real estate investment counselor.
My main focus has always been buyer agency. I work in Wayne, Oakland and Livingston counties, (Michigan) handling not only residential homes but condominiums, townhomes, multi-units, vacant land, commercial and investment properties.
I've been a licensed builder since 1990 and built more than 20 custom and spec homes. In addition, I've done many extensive remodeling projects. With this added expertise I am uniquely qualified to provide you with valuable building insight such as grade levels, floor plans and building quality when you are purchasing a home or property. My 20 years in the real estate business in this area provides a vast array of real estate information that includes: Pricing, negotiating, financing and much, more. MORE THAN THE AVERAGE REALTOR®. Additionally, I have been a landlord since 1989 and am knowledgeable about rental prices and property management issues.
