Hailing from a small country town on the Mid North Coast of Australia,
it was on the long trips to & from the city that Brooke Harvey first developed a genuine fascination of music.
At just three years of age Brooke began to serende her parents from the back seat of the car.
On High rotation were the songs some of her earliest musical influences, Dolly Parton, Emi-Lou Harris, Linda Ronstadt & Patsy Cline.
It was at the age of eight that Brooke strummed her very first chord on the guitar & not long after began writing songs of her own.
Throughout her early teenage years Brooke went on to perform in various local festivals & cafe's in the Newcastle & Hunter Region & Her song 'SHINY CAR' was selected to feature on the smokestack compilation CD which resulted in her song being playlisted on ABC 1233 & 2NUR Radio.
At just 14 years of age Brooke was 'UNEARTHED' by Triple J & performed live to air on TRIPLE J RADIO from Newcastle's Civic Park.
Since then Brooke has continued to fine tune her musical talents & has also went on to support international singer-songwriters such as Kasey Chambers,Shane Nicholson,
Fred Eaglesmith, Jim Lauderdale & Kim Richie.
Her Debut five track EP is due to be released in December this year.
