A bit grumpy, skeptical and mouthy with a tendency toward anti-social behavior both in the privacy of home or very public places, Brooke Van Poppelen has a knack for trying very hard to be a wall flower while constantly faced with the truth that she is an obnoxious comedian with equally if not more insane, loud people surrounding her at all times. She possesses a burning desire to just nonchalantly blend into the backround of NYC locales but stands out due to the fact that she keeps climbing onto stages, shouting into microphones, "VALIDATE ME, YOU FUCKS!" Or at least that is what her act sounds like in her mind and she fears/desires the transparency of it all. Unfortunately, due to unfathomable reserves of talent to burn and things working in her favor no matter how much she drags her heels, Brooke is going to have to get used to the lime light and stop coming off so thankless about it all lest her throngs of fans turn on her. We will keep a watchful eye on this dour, comic spinster and be the first to report on her shortcomings, weaknesses and bizarre eating habits. --- The Asstion
