Since I was a youngster, I was listening to all types of music. I was introduced to music and influenced by many people including family, friends and many other people along the way. Music is something that I love. Originally from Southern Indiana. I also found homes in Louisville,KY and Nashville,TN before coming back to Indiana. It is the sound of Chicago music (especially House) that I gravitate to. I cannot forget and must mention the Detroit music (techno and house) that I love also. I discovered these styles at numerous warehouse and loft events/functions in Chicago in the late 1990's.
I attended and received a degree from SAE Institute of Technology in Nashville, TN, studying audio engineering there. I have DJ'ed in several clubs in Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee and would love to play more places. I love to play, record, mix and listen to music. I am currently working on music to release on vinyl and cd. Mostly house and downtempo, but not limited to just that.
I love experimenting with new and vintage studio gear of all kinds. Synths, mixers, consoles, compressors, sequencers, keyboards, drum machines, software, analog tape machines, digital recorders, gates and other outboard gear, microphones and whatever else I can get my hands on. I enjoy the old and the new. I have discovered many unique sounds through this experimentation.
