Brother G (Gregory L. Walker) is a Chicago based journalist, poet, historian and author. While working part-time for the Associated Press news service, Brother G spent 10 years conducting research for the African Legends genre, writing "Shades of Memnon" and developing contacts in archeology, anthropology and linguistics worldwide. Known for his uncompromising quest for the historical truths about African History, Brother G is the mastermind behind the African Legends genre and creator of the "Shades Of Memnon" book series. While standing on the shoulders of scholars and historians of the past, Brother G has introduced work designed for the 21st century. Animation, illustrated strips, artwork and movies are in the works for lovers of adventure everywhere. After 15 years, Brother G has neither sold out, slowed down nor copped out in his quest to present an authentic adventure genre that places people of African decent on par with all other people of the world.
