The Brotherhood is influenced from all genres of music. Each member brings a different listening history to the band. That in turn enables us to have a wide range in terms of how we draw on influence to create a sound of our own.
Bringing It Back.
The Brotherhood is an all original power 4-Piece from Lockport NY. Raised against the backdrop of a blue collar city, The Brotherhood have drawn from their roots to create a sound as gritty and real as the rustbelt origins of their hometown. The music is a return to honest songwriting with lyrics that speak to the common man and a soul that is older than their own.
Recently the Brotherhood have been hard at work trying to grow the project into something bigger. The song Shift has been selected by The Official NASCAR Membership to be used for their Biggest Fan Promotion Television and Radio spots. This national campaign is slated to kick off the first week of August and will be aired on ESPN during televised NASCAR races. The band is also preparing to record their first full length cd as a group.

We went and saw The Black Crowes in Detroit on Saturday night. When they started Evergreen, I thought about you! I know you love that song and wished they'd have played it in Buffalo...Not to rub it in, but, ah....
