    We support local music! The Van Orsdels, Black Finger, Chickenbox, The Dirty Boxes, Howitzer, The Felt Tips, The Malcontents, Jolly Badfellow, Flags of Darkness, The Uglyharts.. These bands were part of our first public bout and we will always hold a special place in our evil little derby hearts for them! Thanks again guys!

About me:

While you've been out doing whatever the hell it is you do with your life, a white hot comet of carnage and brutality has swept into South Florida. It's time for YOU to grab hold and enjoy the ride. ROLLER DERBY has returned with manic fury and unstoppable mayhem. Welcome to the world of the Gold Coast Derby Grrls. Come sit in our infamous Crash Zone, just a few feet from the action, and jeer at your favorite derby girls as they prove they are the baddest ass women on planet Earth.

This page is your one stop for all GCDG comings and goings! Any and all questions regarding volunteering for GCDG, when our next bout is, and where our next fundraiser will be held can all be answered here by yours truly!
WE WANT YOU to become a derby grrl. We are currently recruiting women of all sizes, shapes, ethnicities, sexuality, and skating experience. AS of January 2009, we are officially now 18+! Now's your chance to get rollin' with the GCDG!! For more info on how to join, check out our main site at www.goldcoastderbygrrls.com It will give you all the info you need! If you still have questions, drop us a line!

Are you a guy and bummed you can't be kicking ass with us? Or are you a girl who just isn't that into bruises? Join our ref crew, The Whistle Command! We need referees, scorekeepers, penalty timers, board operators, and help of all kinds!

The options just keep on coming. We also need volunteers for the ticket taking, merch hacking, security, parking, web design, flyer design, PR, and all sorts of other stuff!

We're always looking for halftime shows...Dancers, singers, comedians, thespians, sideshow performers, fire breathers, or if you possess some crazy talent that you want to share with our fans.

Part of our mission is to be a part of our community. If you are having an event to support something or to raise funds or awareness, let us know! Be it a walk-a-thon (a skate-a-thon in our case ;)), cleaning up lakes or waterfronts, a wildlife event, shelter fundraising, or if you're just partying your ass off, SEND US A SHOUT! We would love to be a part of it!

BCDG won 3rd at states after only 10 months of bouting and came home with some moolah!! Check out where our prize check, affectionately known as "Hip Check" has been lately! He gets around!!!
