About me:
I just moved to the city and don't really known many people here yet. I am starting work as a surgery resident, so I don't have a lot of time for a social life, unfortunately. Overall, I am excited about the opportunities this next step offers me to grow as a human being and help those less fortunate than myself.
When not learning how to save lives, I enjoy cooking, baking (deserves its own category), and pretty much anything involving nature and the outdoors (camping, hiking, skiing, beach trips). I am also an avid reader when I have the time.
I've been working on getting into shape for about 2 years now, although I only started lifting seriously in March 2008 when I started the Strength Foundation workout. I just finished doing the muscle building workout, which I think helped me make some serious progress. I am now trying to figure out a workout I can do in an hour or so (the muscle building workout seems to take about 2 hours a day). All you guys on here with the beautiful bodies are an inspiration--I still can't believe the change that I have seen in a relatively brief time!
My idea of a good time generally consists of a mixture of trying new things, having stimulating conversation, and eating good food. Good wine or cocktails in moderation are always a plus!
Who I'd like to meet:
Julia Child, Kathy Griffin, Jason Stathem, Clive Owen and the inventor of the sticky bun
