Bruce "Kool-Aid" Gardner, is a singer/producer/songwriter based in a suburb of Maryland.
Bruce developed his love of music playing for local area Go-Go- bands before joining a pop group called 4play. After relaseing a 4 song ep with 4play and touring up and down the east coast, Bruce left the group to make it on his own. After interning at several recording studio's he decided to open his own studio and production company called Juice Box Productions and formed a co-op production company, Knock Hard Entertainment with long time friend John "Kaos" Corbett. Bruce has produced such artist as Raheem DeVaughn (Jive), Proit Jones (Motown), Jaye Millz (Wanna Blow), DJ S&S (Leathel Records), and Self a.k.a. Eddie Whispers (lightyear/Warner Bros.) to name a few. Bruce has also produced music for independent films (Red Grant's Family Reunion) and has songs featured in several motion pictures. (Jordan to the MAX/iMAX Giant Screen Sports & Floundering (Universal Pictures). Bruce is also a founding member of the hip-hop group PRO-SHOPPE. With his partner Eric "Eddie Crew" Ring, PRO-SHOPPE developed a signature sound and relased 3 lps under the Payperwerk Records label. In 2006, the long awaited solo album, (currently self titled) will be released. This album will be a cool mix of R&B, Funk, and Hip Hop with Bruce's smooth vocals dripped over the grooves. Sure to have the heads nodding and the beds rocking.
