Oh and you guys should drop everything and drive out to New Hampshire to play my birthday keggers. There's one today and tomorrow, and then next weekend. I'd be a very happy little girl.
So I had "Hey" stuck in my head at work today and started making up my own words to it to annoy my kitchen manager:
"Hey Peter, you've got a lot of cookin' to do/ Better hurry before Carl( owner) starts bitchen' at you/Relax and cook my well done steak to make the guests happy/ It's hard to keep anxiety down when you're in the weeds (which, if you don't know, means too many things to do at once time for too many guests and tables)
He didn't like it too much cause he doesn't like me singing to him too much but I thought it was fun. Every time I emptied a plate in the dish pit I had a new line.
Absolute blast hanging at the studio on Saturday night. Can't wait to get back to Chi-Town and rock with ya on stage this time. We'll put together a show up here in Detroit with y'all sometime real soon
