About me: We're an all vegan, mostly organic bakery located in Baltimore, MD. Right now our donuts can be found at RED EMMA'S and PATTERSON PERK on a regular basis.

All cakes, pastries, and confections are made with premium VEGAN ingredients. We use no trans fats, hydrogenated oils, or artificial flavors or colors. All products are egg-, dairy-, honey- and refined sugar-free. All baked goods are 100% free of animal products. We use cane sugar, beet sugar, maple syrup and agave nectar to sweeten our pastries and cakes.

I loved my wedding cake so much! We couldn't believe it was vegan and then on top of that no soy or wheat so it was perfect for me :) We had fun smashing it into each other's face too hahahaha then eating it :9 It was really delicious.
I just wanted to tell you how much I absolutely loved my birthday cake that my husband ordered from you in May. It was the Kurt Vonnegut Slaughter-House Five cake. It was absolutely beautiful and amazingly delicious. Everyone raved about it (vegans and non-vegans alike). And I was determined to finish the entire thing (which I did over a number of weeks by freezing the leftovers and un-thawing a slice when a craving would strike!) Just had a piece of carrot cake from Red Emma's. Amazing. The icing was so smooth, so flavorful, so light. Really perfect. Please get some distribution to DC!!! Tons o coffee shops here.
