Anything I like. Euro Goth/Metal (Within Temptation, Nightwish, etc.). I love the blues (Robert Johnson is the REAL king of rock n roll. Buddy Guy is god), rock, two-tone and first generation ska bands (The Selecter, The Specials, Desmond Dekker, Prince Buster, Judge Dread, etc) and reggae. Currently starting to get interested in Krautrock and Shoegazers bands. (if yo don't know, Google it and check out some of the bands. It's pretty intense stuff!)
My influences as a bassist are Roger Glover (Deep Purple), Chirs Glen (Michael Schenker Group, Sensational Alex Harvey Band), Peter Hook (Joy Division, New Order) Bob Daisley (Rainbow, Ozzy Osbourne), and Nick Welsh (Bad Manners, The Selecter, Big 5, King Hammond, Skaville UK) | | Movies | Dune, Princess Bride, Star Wars, Pulp Fiction, Serenity, The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy, Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy | | Television | ESPN, History Channel, Cheaters, Cops, The Military Channel, Myth Busters, Code Monkeys, Ninja Warrior, South Park, any of those shows that show footage of cop cars chasing people all over the place | | Books | | | Heroes | Anyone who supports self government and personal freedoms/liberties. This Myspace Site is about the "Brunofest" free outdoor music festival that takes place in the summer in downtwon Jackson. Brunofest celebrates local and area original musical acts from a variety of genres and styles. This site contains information about the concert, along with pictures and the blog section contains information about previous concerts and line ups.
Brunofest started July 4th, 2002, in Moscow, Michigan. Since 2005, Brunofest has been held at its current location, the Riverwalk Amphitheater, in downtown Jackson, Michigan.
