John Petrucci, Joe Satriani, Greg Howe, Steve Vai, Pat Metheny, Mike Stern, Kiko Loureiro, Sergio Buss, Frank Solari, Guthrie Govan and many other musicians, even those who are not guitarists, they also give me much inspiration.
Bruno was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2003 at the age of 17, his mother gave him an electric guitar as a gift, which made his life change forever and after a while he decided to dedicate totally himself to the music.
Learning by himself for one and half year, Bruno used to practice for almost 10 hours in some months, then he met a friend who became his guitar teacher for only 3 months. Between that time, Bruno got into the Heavy-Metal band Crying Out, which was such a wonderful experience for him about composing and everything. In 2005, He started to study at the School of Music Villa-Lobos in Rio de Janeiro, he studied there for 1 and half year.
Bruno has been working on his first solo album called Deeply Surrounded: “I’ve been searching for the right notes and tunes for each moment for this album, I think everyone must be really sensitive when you are supposed to have such a music project like that, like solo albuns: "It’s not just about being good on improvisation on instrumental songs, but being able to tell the people what you want to say with your guitar fretboard.”, Bruno says, but recently he made a break with the Album because his life lead him to Germany, his fiancée. There he joined the Jazz & Funk Band OTB, and living since 2008, besides working on several other parallel instrumental projects such, mixing styles from Jazz, Blues to Fusion. Nowadays, Bruno got a scholarship at the International College of Music (Jazz & Rock Schulen Freiburg), the only one which has a partnership in Germany with the renowned Berklee College of Music. He is always studying music, open-minded for several kind of different music and trying to extend his music vocabulary, from Jazz to Rock.

hey bruno, dein deutsch ist umwerfend gut! respekt! das, in so kurzer zeit! es freut mich, dass es dir in deutschland gut geht und du an der musik bleibst. ich bin schon sehr gespannt von deinem jazz projekt zu hören. (ich liebe jazz) ich mache auch noch musik, in letzter zeit sogar relativ viel. gestern habe ich ein paar neue lieder auf myspace gestellt. wenn ich zu euch komme, bringe ich mein mikrophon und laptop mit, dann könnnen wir eine kleine jam session machen. ich lebe immer noch in berlin, bin aber in eine neue wohnung gezogen - mit einem freund zusammen. ich habe hier ein eigenes sehr großes wohnzimmer und ein schlafzimmer, wenn ihr mal nach berlin kommen wollt, habe ich richtig viel platz für euch! ich freue mich dich bald kennen zu lernen!
