About me:

Made in Sheffield. I play guitar and piano. I've been Jody Wildgoose's right hand man for some time now (just how long I'm not exactly sure, although from counting the lines on my face and the grey hairs coming out my nose it must be at least ten years or so...)

In recent times I have played guitar/keys for BabyBird on the last album mini-tour. I've sung with the Sizzlers Swing Orchestra. Currently play guitar with The Lovers (new album "Pardon My French"), and piano with Sally Doherty. Occasional 'bits and bobs' for Steve Edwards and the Big Strong Love.

In the main, I'm usually rattling my twanger with Carmen Ghia and The Hotrods. We take you all the way to Kicksville!

If that wasn't enough, I also play guitar and sing occasionally for The Vernon Sisters. I also play Acoustic/Electric guitar, keys, and sort out the computers for Tony Christie. This year we played on the main stage at Glastonbury. That was quite exciting, as you can imagine!

On the home front, I've got two kids (therefore effectively, though not technically, married). Max is 10 (going on 15) and Oscar is 4. Kids are incredibly hard work. Well, mine are. Don't get me started... Well, since you asked... Max has got (insert a random three/four letter acronym here denoting the fact that he's got some behavioural disorder that nobody really totally understands that's very similar, but at the same time completely different to the next random three/four letter acronym, denoting some other behavioural disorder).

He's very bright, happy, funny, polite, thoughtful, challenging, naughty, evil, nasty, vile, pleasant, charming, lovely, sweet, reasonable, unreasonable, calculating, sinister, violent, demonic, monstrous, endearing, personable, intelligent, intuitive, resourceful, gifted and brilliant...

Oscar, on the other hand, is a walk in the park, downhill, on a warm summers day, in the most comfortable loafers you've ever worn... aahhh the yin and the yang....
