On October 3rd, 2009 Bryan Elijah Smith won the Shenandoah Valley Acoustic Roots Songwriting competition/festival in Luray, VA. Based out of the Shenandoah Valley, Bryan is traveling to promote his debut album entitled “Forever On My Mind”. Written, recorded and produced by Bryan in his basement studio during the Spring and Summer of 2009, “Forever On My Mind” crosses a wide range of genres including Folk, Rock, Blues, Alt. Country and Rockabilly.
At the end of “Forever On My Mind”, it includes a 10 song bonus album entitled “Let Me Be Free”. It is one of 5 full length albums Bryan recorded, but never released, before he moved to New York City in 2008. “Forever On My Mind” consists of 14 original tracks written by Bryan Elijah Smith since he made his way back to Virginia in March 2009.

Hi Bryan, Thank you for adding me. I like your music, and hope to hear you one day in Staunton; I have some friends there and I played once at Mill Street Grill with Dave Morgan; I went also in that old bar where there are Bluegrass jams. I also love the atmosphere at Jerry Frettwell music store. I will come back to staunton next spring. Friendly from France Guy
