don't be silly and put the pic back up! i love it. the crier was good - a little lightly attended, but respectable. my friend cynthia is in town so we've been running around like college kids the last few days.
I hope you will join me on Sunday, Dec. 28, @ 7pm at The Towne Crier on Rt. 22 in Pawling, NY. This show is a special, songwriter-in-the-round evening with Susan Kane and Beth Metzler. I'll be playing some new tunes from "Old Flames" as well as a couple of new arrangements of some older JATF classics. In other words, there will be something for everyone. Tickets are $10 - you can get them in advance at www. townecrier. com. Please pass the word along! Thanks!
Oh yeah--forgot about the suicide doors--that's probably why three weeks later I'm still parking in the far end of the parking lot. Not enough seats? Please! When I was a kid there'd be fist-fights over who would get to sit in the back of the station wagon. Let 'em sit on the floor ;)
Yeah, my brother got an Element over the summer and I thought he was crazy bc I thought it was so ugly and he could have gotten pretty much any car he wanted. Then, I borrowed it for October while I was moving and now I'm obsessed with it. I moved my entire apartment with that car, filled up the gas tank maybe 4 times in a month of driving all over the place and cleaned the back out with a hose when I was all done with it. I've converted--now I want one. I keep trying to get him to trade cars with me but somehow I doubt that's gonna happen, haha. Hope all's well on your end, too!
