We were raised by television to believe that we'd be millionaires and movie gods and rockstars -- but we won't. And we're learning that fact.
And we're very, very pissed-off.
About me: this should explainTHIS IS MY ART. PLEASE CHECK IT OUT
i am a liar. it doesnt have to be important or consequential, I just lie. I am glad we got that out of the way, now I wont feel as bad. I love the feeling of american apparel clothing. I am incredibly trusting. I am a very judgemental person and as such can rarely give support as to why i like or dislike someone. I believe that life starts anew every day every minute. I dont believe there is anything in life that cannot or should not be laughed at. and if there is I want no part of it. I dont believe in much of anything, but I dont discount that there are plenty of things worthy of being believed in. right there I lied. I believe about a few things. I believe that no two men are born equal. I believe in competition. I believe that God isnt as narrow minded as most make Him out to be. I believe in the miraculous power of laughter. I believe your heart is a quilt and that everyone you every meet or come into contact with whether they be real or imaginary leave record of their influence on your heart. wether it be a patch or a tear, or stitches to heal a previous break. i dont believe in grammer. not one bit. I love words, I love language, some of my favorite comedy is picking apart peoples speech, including my own. I love learning about people. I love listening to people. I love helping people. I love analyzing people. I love manipulating people to do what they want to do but are afraid of, and sometimes merely what i want them to do. I truly believe that my tact is a sort of power, I sucessfully use it to sell people on products, to help them through situations, to create self confidence, as well as the occassional selfish endavors. I believe I am special. have no problem saying I am better than many. I am confident, yet I am constantly doubting myself and therefore am always trying to better myself. I believe I have the power to change the world. I wish we still fought with swords instead of guns. I believe if a cause is pure and truly right it will conquer oppression. I find peace underwater. for me it is a temple where everything else fades, and i am able to focus my mind more intently than above the surface. I love to read. I love a good story, and I love telling them. I love the quote, "artists use lies to tell the truth" which goes on to say that "politicians use them to cover the truth up" a story need not be true to be significant or impactful. In fact there is a prominent Christian scholar whose name escapes me who says that aside from certain things like actually dying and rising again, the whole new testament could be one big fiction and it wouldnt change a thing. I dont necessarily like books like Vonnegut where its all satire in crazy land with no plot. If you can fit satire and wit into a true narrative then you have my attention. I like rambling. I like listening to them. I like sitting with someone late at night in the cold, keeping eachother warm, trading questions and answers about one another. I love giving massages. I love fingers run through my hair. i am far from running out of things to say but would rather have this be a conversation rather than a monologue. does this qualify as a soliloquy? .. AIM bryanwanker talk to me. you wont be disappointed
