On a more serious note, and because I can no longer embarass them I would like to acknowledge my Grandmother for giving up a life of leisure to work in the War Department in World War I as well as my Dad and Moms Brothers for their service in World War II in the United States Navy, Army and Marines. Tico and Cujo who survived being "guests" of Saddam some years ago are also a couple of nice guys. I worked at their unit for a few months before being kicked upstairs prior to the war!

Who I'd like to meet: Anyone with a sense of humor (friends only). My Rich Uncle, as well as any other WEALTHY and long-lost relatives. Ethel Merman. Jim Shortz. Earl E. Byrd. The guy who sits in front of me at the movies. The genius that gets in the express line with a third-party check filled out in crayon. My waiter, too.
The demented and the obsessed need not apply. Yuk Yuk.

Have a Merry Christmas. I was trying to send you my Own E-Card that I did with beads in the background but you don't take Http. It was a cool looking card though
I had a feeling you would appreciate The Buttered Cat Array. Be informed that there is much more material than what you see on page 1 of google. Acutaly engineers did an analysis...it is hilarious!!
Good to meet you, Caffinated Blur, and thanks for the kind mention of my books!
BTW, have you seen my website discussion board at http://www.barryeisler.com/forum? It's a fun forum with a lot of interesting people from all over the world talking about the Rain Fall movie (recently wrapped shooting in Tokyo and NYC), the next book, writing, politics, single malt whisky, and anything else that strikes people's fancy, and we do a monthly chat on writing, too, so if you have a chance, stop by and say hello. It would be good to see you there...
