Fork Sister (a healthy dose of punk, thrash, power violence, grindcore, and noise rock dipped in lo-fi DHR-esque electronics with a sprinkle of dance sensibility)
c@ (totally fucked experimental noise/digigrind project that has transformed into an avant-garde mess that I'm finally proud of)
Black Clocks(party oriented digigrind I made prior to knowing such a thing existed; my first solo project)
yamiwosukasu (first experiment with melodic MIDI programming, also had some ambient digigrind songs, again made without knowing of such a thing. Songs could potentially be scattered around the internets, but it's not worth it)
First Aid Squid (burlesque digigrind. All of the stupid vocals were recorded first to a metronome, then I made MIDI for them)
Rage-a-holic Tortise (my first electronic project ever. Two man "experimental ambient/harsh noise/spoken word black metal" project that featured guests. It was one of my favorite things to work with.)
The Cuddle Sluts (me + teddy from Ultra Cutez. Sounded like First Aid Squid)
Groups/artists I'm recording with/for now:
Pie Taster Telethon (plunderphonic breakcore/pop from Digidan)
The Fuck City Fucks (noise rock of sorts with Mickey Roberts)
Keith Williams (very japanese sounding indie. We have recordings, but now we need them with our real drummer)
c@ Vs. Mickey Roberts (chaos)
Greezminh (digital metal from Germany)
1000 Deadly Angels (RPG battle music sounding digital metal from NJ)
Lance Eaglebauer Goes To Quiznos (thrashy electronic pop from Cory Monster)
Jess Chuuu (chinese hip-hop)
Daniel Kraus (experimental crap + ultra heavy drum machine grind)
Lango Bros. + Liz (free jazz)
Börtney Spaers (wonky digigrind with Ashley of Effigy Mirror)
Forest King (VGM-ish metal from Canadaland)
The Take (pop with guitars)
un-named, NJ based art/music collective with Mickey R. and Digidan (anyone can record with us)
Yorkshire Manor (extreme drum machine metal from CA)
DJ Camp Blood (we can't say what we're doing yet)
Bulldozerman (super fast, spunky electronic pop)
Highly Effective People (extreme metal. We're setting a very short time limit for how long we spend writing and recording the albums. Whatever happens happens)
If I'm forgetting something, let me know!

Sounds Like
I like music that takes you somewhere else beyond where you are before you start listening. I want my sound to take you to the clouds, underground, through space, under water, through cities and the country.
I strive to rekindle the spirit of the almost dead child within me. Melodies that uplift the spirit; that overpowering bliss and weightlessness that makes your stomach twist into knots and steals your breath like a first love, but with the perversity of getting there with MDMA. I want to convey the menial intensity of a final boss fight. How It might not mean too much later, but until it's over, you'll be biting your nails, jumping out of your seat, and praying that everything works out.
I want to make music that you love or hate immediately; music that makes you fall in love, or that repulses and irritates you to the point of physical illness. I want immediate results of an opinion that comes to further realizations only upon deeper listening.
I want to express everything about myself. I want to show everyone who listens both the irrational idealist and the bitter and cynical bastard. I want to let all the screaming in my head, all the irrational over-the-shoulder peeking I do, the dialogues I have alone, the years of not fitting into any clique or scene by choice and by instinct, to all come out in the open and be okay.
I want to make myself laugh and become giddy as much as I want to make myself cry or become bitter. My music is overly paradoxical, but I like it that way. What you hear in it is up to you, but this is a fraction of what this madness means to me.
I am m@, and this is my pop project!
This little experiment began a few years ago now with the intention of being a "synth punk revival" project. As with everything I do, it turned out not even remotely similar to how it was originally planned. I am a huge fan of many forms of music, particularly unclassifiable things, intense metal, dance/trance/eurobeat, j-pop, picopop, and probably above all else, shibuya-kei. I have found through lots of experimentation and practice both the many limitations and the abilities of my voice and capacity to write and perform music in different styles.
FUN FACT: Contrary to an inexplicably popular misconception, I do all the vocals myself. This is really a solo project and all of the voices are me, in addition to all of the MIDI sequencing, writing, and instruments.
FUN FACT 2: A CD will be coming out and you will hear about it on the page! I will post copious amounts of bulletins, change the display name to something that'll include (CD FINALLY OUT) and I'm going to make it as cheap as one can make a 35 song CD when you're a broke ass musician.
• Music is an art of self expression, not a tool for popularity, not a way to get girls to write some stupid name you came up with on their breasts, not a platform for you to boost your egos from, and certainly not something to do so you can fit into some sort of trend. There are thousands of incredible bands and artists that know who they are and know what their music means to them, please never say anything to try to take that from people. Please, if your music says nothing, make it sound like what it means.
That being said, feel free to continue writing me stories, drawing me pictures, making me signs, and whatever else has been done for me. I appreciate all of it immensely. Just make sure you don't have it set so I can't respond to your messages! I have gotten drawings and such from people who have set up their page in a way that disallows me to message back thanking them! (I always try to message people back/comment back as often as I can, but I do have a life outside of the internet and I do receive an exorbitant amount of both. Please do not be offended if I don't get to you. In the earlier days I used to comment every person who added me, and that continued for probably all of the first year)
Oh! Forest King helped me get the banner SIGNAL! made for me back on the page with html and such. Thank you to both!
Side note: I do not friend request people! I have probably only requested a total of 150 people at most. How I got this many friends is beyond me, so thank you much to anyone who has ever helped promote me.
Side Note 2: Cat Tour 2.0 is being worked on currently. No details exist for the public to know yet, but if this works out it promises to be quite delicious.
