Electro-disco-rock playing band was first born when lead singer Suho Superstar and producer Vaihe Friikkilä united their forces at Friikkiläs studio at spring 1998. At the end of the year dynamic duo composed a song called Beat More Acid that was sent to Radio Mafias Dance&Pop-99 competition. Song succeed well and was played often in Radio Mafia. The same demo was published at British Future Music magazines cd, sound track of a movie called Bad Luck Love ja remixed at Finndance II collection. Also the next song the duo composed was published autumn -99 at Fusion vs Confusion collection released by Exogenic Records.
Bubble Scum stabilized when Suho and Vaihe found the missing part of the treasure year 2003. Minttu (bass) joined the band and made it possible for them to create a harmonious whole from already written and then yet to be written songs together. You can hear a real unique style in the music but also some influences of disco, rock and funk music that comes from Prince, Chemical Brothers, Primal Scream or even Kylie Minoque, you name it. Music just has to be great for dancing, listening and to rock.
