Bube's Brewery is an intact historic 19th century brewery and museum complex that consists of three restaurants, two bars and a Victorian hotel. Bubes offers an atmosphere like nothing you can imagine, for a time you will never forget.

The Bottling Works:
Now serving lunch and dinner, with a bar that's open until 2AM, you find yourself in a truly unique environment surrounded by a collection of historic brewery bottles and rustic memorabilia. The Bottling Works offers Trivia on Tuesday, Music Trivia on the first Wednesday of the month, Open Mic nights on Thursdays and Live music on Fridays and Saturdays and wraps up the weekend with Karaoke on Sunday.
The Catacombs:
After descending 43 feet into the stone-lined vaults of the Catacombs, you will embark on a unique Semi-fine dining experience amid the original Bube's Brewery 19th Century Lagering tanks, with a menu that includes a variety of traditional and gourmet dishes. The Catacombs also play host to our infamous feasts!
The Alois:
Located in the historic Central Hotel:The Alois dinner experience begins in the “parlour” (the original bar dating back to 1876) with appetizers and cocktails. After time to relax with their first course, our guests are escorted to their private dining tables located in one of the Alois serving rooms for the other courses which include a soup, salad, and sorbet course followed by their choice of entrée. Dinner is followed by dessert and coffee.
To top it off, this turn of the century hotel is host to murder! Round Table Production Murder Mysteries play out in the Alois now almost every Saturday!!!
Our Brewery:
Since its' resurrection in 2001, Bubes Brewery has been perfecting its recipes with current brewers Bryan Teets and Rick Kunkel constantly striving to create craft beers as unique as the brewery itself. Boasting as many as 40 different styles over the past two years from our small 3.5 barrel brew system, this team continues to brew the beers that keep you coming back.
The Cooper Shed:
The Bube's Gift Shop is located in the original cooperage (barrel working shop) of this 19th century brewery. Browse our new merchandise and Home Brew supplies amoungst the many artifacts belonging to our founder Alois Bube himself.
