About me: No/Low Budget Film and Video Collective formed in Nottingham in 1993. Made first short films using facilities of Intermedia, Nottingham. Variously moved to London and Amsterdam before setting up base in Brighton in 1995. In-house video makers for Junk TV screening nights. Have made 150 short films, as at 2007, ranging from absurd comedy to psycho-drama, documentary, music promo and experimental.
