Along with his imaginative arrangements, Buddy is well known as being a master of "double stops", i.e. playing two notes at the same time and literally harmonizing with himself. In his performances he plays harmonized lines and solos that most people couldn't imagine playing with two fiddlers, yet he seems to do it effortlessly. Hello Buddy. Been a fan since hearing you on a live show backing-up Hank Snow on "Moving On". Also saw you once with Ray Price in Beaumont Texas at Evonne's Club--said you got your fiddle from Dale Potter another one of the greats. I've been playing for about 60 years. Now I'm into bluegrass and fun. Found a chunk of rosin off a pine tree close by and have been using it the last six months. A friend and fan, Elton Brindley.
