Sounds Like
An uncorked 572 big-block driven by a schizophrenic, machette-weilding, blunt smoking, green puss-dripping monster shooting cop cars with a barrett .50 cal. BMG!
Del Mar came together in the winter of '06 as way to keep its band members out of direct trouble with the law. 100% DIY and based out of Reno, Nevada, Del Mar hosts Bud on drums from Long Beach and Matt on guitar from other various parts of Southern California. Inspired by all types of GOOD music, Del Mar holds true to its roots with eclectic and eccentric songs & live performances guaranteed to rock yer pants off. Playing classic surf tunes and original surf and punk music, Del Mar went into the studio with Miguel Happbolt behind the console in December of '07; the 6 song demo saw a very limited release in February of '08. Del Mar's first full-length album After the Quake was recorded at Headway Studios in Garden Grove in October of '08 and was co-produced by Rob Perez and Bert Susanka (Ziggens). The band is currently prepping for the June 16 '09 drop date, many tour dates to follow...

Ive had all my comments deleted from the Sublime page. Trying to rationally explain to them that Bud and Eric are all that is left of Sublime and nobody else has a right to take that away. Censorship at its finest. Who actually runs the page??
Damn, I can't believe I missed it! Here's hopin' all went great in San Berdino! We'll be lookin' out for Sublime w/ Rome comin' up soon. Also, we'll be comin' up with some Thanksgiving flowers in late November/early December. Unfortunately, we're just poor right now, but I'm workin hard at hardly workin' and will be able to get up there soon. Prayin' for snow once again! Late

Hed P.E. covers Sublime at every live show they do. Here's one of many fan videos you can find on Youtube.com. I know no one can touch what Sublime did. But in respect, enjoy:
Just have to say NOTHING makes a long ass commute more fun than speeding down Highway 80 to some Meth Breath ;) After the Quake is brilliant, can't wait to freak out and go nuts in the crowd to some of this stuff live!

Oh shit, I just read the blog about Sublime w/Rome. That is so rad. I have been outta the loop, but that is fuckin' awesome! Hells yeah! It's already the 2nd, so I can't make it, but I will soon!
Hey you guys, Sorry I have been such a lame ass. I haven't been on here much lately, and have just been pretty stuck up here in Humboldt. The good news is, I quit my monotonous job as a cook at Humboldt Brews, although I gave them my two weeks, to keep in with the music venue, which is opening a new stage and green room soon. You guys should come play Humboldt again! My new job, at the "gardening" center is rad, and I have plenty more time to travel, as well as making more dough, and I'm driving a forklift instead of slaving over a hot stove for peanuts. Natalie is going to be graduating in May, and we are stoked about that! I feel Bad about getting Bud's pass at the Heave revoked or whatever last year, and want to make it up to him. I feel like I owe him something like, equivalent to the pass' value, so, get back to me on here, and we should set up a time when we can get up there, no dogs this time. We hope the baby's doing well! Say hi to the band, I still play the record all the time on my stereo. It's great for cleaning the house, surf rock style, on 10! Coolz, Eric and Natalie
Wow, that sucks! Rome is such a great singer/guitarist. I want to cover a Del Mar song...when some tabs are up I'm gonna practice the heck out of it and put it on YouTube. I hope you guys can look at it! So who am I talking to?
