For the last several years I have been 5'10", 155lbs and a nice guy (mostly).
In the last few years I have been working more on my internal self. To become a better healer I am taking larger steps to heal me first. Traditional Chinese Medicine/Taoist concepts are providing a path for me (and indirectly my friends) that has made my life alot easier and happier. It is a long walk on this path I have chosen but would not mind hearing from other guys moving in a similar direction.
