Music	Whatever suits my mood. It ranges from classical to British Alt Rock to harder music that I wish had better lyrics. Yeah, and Christian ska too.
Television	My TV receives several different stations of static. I'm okay with that, even if my TV does stare at me accusingly on occasion.

About me:

Hi, my name is Tom. Pretty classy opening, huh?

Guys tend to define themselves by their career, so I'll start there. I'm a mechancial engineer. Most days I think that my job would be boring to anyone with a pulse. Other days it's intensely interesting. Those days are the reason I still work where I work. Well, that and the ability to pay my rent.

I'm more apt to define myself by my faith than my job. I'm a Christian. Most people don't know what that means anymore though. People's mental picture of Christians range from 700 Club type televangelists with big hair and slightly oily personalities to people who pretend to be "good" for an hour and a half each week before going back to doing whatever it is they want to do the rest of the week. I'm neither.

If you're interested in what I mean when I say I'm a Christian, go here. That's not actually a brief definition of what I think being a Christian means, but it'll give you a good idea.
