Hello to all who decide to visit! First off i would like to thank everyone who has supported me in this journey to turn my body into the physique that i am looking to build.
My body is my art. I love to bodybuild and constantly strive to make physical and mental adaptations to myself. Bodybuilding allows me to do both. I enjoy the strength and endurance gains that i make for recreational activities, but more so I enjoy the mental edge I create by a structured nutritional and training program. I love to help people accomplish goals that is why I am a personal trainer. I work alot to increase my knowledge in many fields so that one day I will become one of the most knowledgeable trainers in the United States.
