About me:
I am a 34 Year old fat man who currently weighs 367 pounds and dropping. I have been a big guy all my life and and in September of 2006 I decided that I had finally had enough. My weight at the time was 468 pounds. In the past 15 months I have dropped about 100 pounds. Since the beginning, I have been keeping an online journal of my ups, downs and in betweens at Built Big - Diary of a Fat Man. With the end of 2007 and the new year ahead of me I have made a solid commitment to working harder at losing weight and also at expanding my horizons and making new connections which has led me to creating this profile.

Anyone who has an interest in leading a better life and make themselves a better person and Emmitt Smith! I had to add that here. The man is my hero.
